Navigate to Data⇒Finance⇒Transport

Select New and then enter the transport  name (which will appear in the transport charge text field), tick the enable box, add a description if required and enter the price for this transport service (mandatory) – then click Save

When entering a Sales Order Item, click on the Search button next to the additional charge field and, in the pop-up window, select the required transport category, this text and the associated price will be auto-filled in the transport fields
