How to add multiple Tax codes for CGST, SGST, IGST

Navigate to Data⇒Finance⇒Tax Code

To create new tax groups or codes:

Click on the New button to start a new tax group and then click New to create the relevant Tax Code for this Tax Group.

Enter the Tax Code details, ensuring that they match the details in your accounting software. Add the CGST, SGST & IGST percentages as required, then press Update – the new Tax Code will appear in the list.

Now fill out the Tax Group information, you will see that the tax code you just created is listed as the Current VAT code for this tax group.

Click the Save Button – the newly created group will appear in the Tax Group List.

 

To add CGST, SGST, IGST to existing tax codes:

Select the relevant tax group & tax code, add the CGST, SGST & IGST percentages as required.

Click Update followed by Clear.

Click the Save button.
