FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents are often required by customers to accompany deliveries of parts undergoing new or amended production processes. Uploading the FAIR or PPAP templates will allow the required users easy access to the relevant document(s). To upload the template, navigate to Data⇒Organisation⇒My Company

In the Detail tab, under the Upload FAIR / PPAPS Doc header, click the browse button.

Locate the correct template and double click on it to select it.

The path to the template file will now show in the box under the header FAIR / PPAPS Doc.

Complete any other amendments or uploads if required, then click the save button to save the document.
