Navigate to Data⇒Planning⇒Buffer Time

Enter the buffer times (in days) into the white boxes in the Buffer Time column for each customer ranking. Then click the Save button.

NOTE – Buffer times are the number of days added to each job in addition to the actual length of production / processing time.

NOTE – Changing the buffer time will not affect existing jobs on the system, unless they are re-processed. All jobs created after the change will have the new buffer times applied.
