Navigate to Data⇒Planning⇒Production Department

Click on the New button.

Enter the Production Department name in the mandatory field then click the Save button.

To add existing operations to the department, click on the Add Operation button.

In the popup window, tick the operations that you want to add, then click the Add button.

The selected operations will now be listed in the operation box for that department. Click the Save button.
