How do I add/remove operations to/from a production department?

There are two methods to do this, one by adding multiple operations to a production department and the second by adding a production department to an individual operation. Below shows the instructions for the first option.

 

NOTE – Before you can complete this task, please ensure the required operations are set up

 

Navigate to Data⇒Planning⇒Production Department

 

Locate the department you wish to amend, using the Search function if required. Click on the department that you want to add operations to, then click on the Add Operation button.

 

 

In the popup window, tick the operations that you want to add, then click the Add button.

 

 

The selected operations will now be listed in the operation box for that department. Click the Save button to save the changes.

 

To remove operations from the department, tick the operations that you want to remove and then click on the Remove Operation button.

 

The selected operations will now be removed from the operations list. When you are happy with the operations list, click Save
