How do I allocate a skill to an employee?

Navigate to Data⇒HR⇒User Skill

 

Double click on the employee’s department

 

This then shows a list of all the employees who are assigned to the department selected and their skill levels for each skill

You can then add or amend skill levels for each skill shown by selecting the drop drown menu next to the relevant skill and then selecting the employee’s skill level in that skill

Note – if the required skill does not show against an employee it is because that particular skill has not been assigned to the relevant department
