Navigate to Data⇒Production⇒Stock

Locate the material you wish to add price breaks to, using the Search function if required. Double click on the material that you want to amend, or select the material and click on the Edit button.

Click on the Supplier tab

Highlight the supplier that you want to add prices to (add the supplier if it is not already listed) and click Add Price

The system assumes a single price for all quantities from one to infinity until price breaks are confirmed. Add the first price break into the Price field in the popup window then click on the Confirm button

Click the Add Price button again, enter the Quantity From for this break and enter your second price break. Click on the Confirm button

e.g. This will now set your first price break to a quantity of 1 – 10 so, for quantities of 11 and above, the second price will apply and for quantities 0f 21 and above the third price will apply and so on.

Repeat the process if you have more price breaks to enter, then click the Update button, click Clear and then Save to save the changes.
