Navigate to Data⇒Control Panel⇒Print Setting

Select the document that requires the template setting

The relevant template can then be selected from the drop down menu.

In this screen any headers and footers and any logos etc can also be set

When all required information has been set, click Save

To review the template chosen, navigate to the relevant section and print preview.
