Navigate to Data⇒Production⇒Part

Double click on the part the drawing is for (or use the search function) and then select the Related Documents tab

Click select and, in the pop-up window, click on the drawing file to be uploaded and press Open

Click Upload followed by Save and the file is then saved in the registry
