How do I amend a sales order item?

Navigate to Network⇒Sales Order Processing⇒Sales Order

 

Double click the Order Number that contains the Item you wish to amend

Select the Order Item tab and double click the Order Item to be amended

Make any required amendments and then click Save Order Item followed by Close Order Item
