When entering the details of a New Order Item, select Apply Quote

This opens a new window which shows all of the quotes on the system for this customer

Select the relevant Quotation Number and the Quote Line Number with the correct quantity for this particular Order Item and then press Apply

All of the details that were entered in the Quotation (Part Number, Route, Price etc.) are now entered into the Order Item – any further fields, such as Batch ID or Transport Charge can now be entered.

Press Save Order Item followed by Close Order Item

Note – If a route was not entered at the Quotation stage, and there isn’t an existing route, a new route can be created by clicking New Route in the Select a Route screen
