How do I put a sales order on hold?

Navigate to Network⇒Sales Order Processing⇒Sales Order

Open the Order to be put on hold by double clicking on it or by using the search function if needed

Click On Hold

 

In the pop-up box, enter the reason for the order being put on hold and click Save

The Order is now on hold and the status is changed accordingly
