How do I create a job (FastTrack functionality turned off)?

Once a Sales Order Item has been created and saved, select the Schedule tab In the sales order item schedule page

 

Click on Plan Job/Stock

This opens a screen where a job can be created – the unplanned Quantity is the quantity from the sales Order Item that has not yet had a job assigned

Enter the quantity required for the job and press Save

This creates a Temporary job  for the stated quantity in the Planned Job box

Click Save Order Item and the created job will be assigned a job number

Click on the job number link and the job can then be processes (if required), previewed and printed.
