Navigate to Network⇒Despatch⇒Delivery List

This shows the list of all jobs with Completed status and are therefore ready for Despatch.

Select the Job that requires Despatching and then click the Deliver To Customer button

Delivery note(s) will be generated according to the rules previously setup within the system (either one delivery note per item, one delivery note per sales order or one delivery note per customer)

A detail box is displayed showing the details of the delivery note to be generated. Type any notes that are required on the delivery note and then click Save

This will save the delivery note and, if the system is set to automatically print delivery notes when created, show a pop-up to print it

If the system is not set to automatically print delivery notes when created, navigate to Network⇒Despatch⇒Delivery Note which shows a list of all generated delivery notes and whether they have been printed or created.

To print a created delivery note, double click the relevant note

The delivery note can then be Printed and/or Emailed as required
