Work Centres Subtab
Work Centre subtab collates all operations required for this quotation.
Seq – sequence number of the operation
Op No – operation number
Centre ID – centre ID as assigned when creating work centres
Notes – notes assigned to the operation
Qty – quantity required for the quotation
Setting Time – setting time for operation
Run Time – unit run time for operation
Total Time – total hours for operation
Cost P/H – cost per hour for operation
Uplift % – percentage uplift for this operation
Total Cost – total for the operation
External? – is this operation a subcon operation
Insp. Level – inspection level as assigned within work centres
Sched Days – how many scheduler days has this operation
Set Mins – calculates total setting time in decimal time
Run Mins – calculates total run time in decimal time
Total Hrs – displays total hours in decimal time
Subcontract Desc – displays the description of the subcontract operation

Re-sequence – re-sequence button will re-sequence the operations as required. Highlight the work centre to be re-sequenced, use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to reposition within the table
Quote Op Window
Quote op window will open when the + add button is selected. There are two tabs within this window, Works Centres and Subcontract.
Work Centres
Displays the picking list for available work centres, double click to select or highlight and OK.
Subcontract
Displays the picking list for available subcontract options, double click to select or highlight and OK.
Once selected the Subcontract tab will be updated with the information.
Centre ID & Name – centre ID & name as assigned when creating a work centre
Centre ID looking glass button – used to change the operation
Op No – operation number
Sequence – sequence number of operation
Plan Qty – quantity to be manufactured
Op Notes – supporting notes for the operation, these are printed on the job/route card
Setting Time hrs: min: secs: – setting time for operation
Run Time hrs: min: secs: – unit run time for operation
Cost per Hour – cost per hour for operation
Uplift % – percentage uplift for this opration
Total Hours hrs: min: secs: – total hours for this operation
Total Cost – total cost for this operation
External Work – is this operation a subcon operation
Schedule Days – how many schedule days has this operation
Inspection Type – additional inspection information can be included on the job card
Inspection Level – inspection level as assigned within work centre
Recalculate button
Recalculate buttonProgram Number – enter program number for machine, this will print on job/route card
OK – saves and closes window
OK & Add – saves and opens work centre picking list
Cancel – closes window no record saved
