Open the Quote tab where all the detail captured in the New Quote window will be displayed, changes or additional information can be updated accordingly.

Group number is the overall reference number used for a quotation, this number remains constant even if additional components are added or multiple quotes are used.

Prepared date is the date the quote was created; this can be back or forward dated using the  button to open the calendar.

Status drop down will indicate the current status of the job:-

Unfinished – quotation created not issued
Issued – quotation printed and issued to customer
Accepted – quotation accepted by customer
Rejected – quotation rejected by customer
Cancelled – quotation cancelled
Template – quotation converted into a template

Zoom Buttons

Zoom buttons can be used to navigate to the customer and part record.

Pricing Unit is a free type field to indicate how the unit is being priced
