Enter any notes applicable to the quotation, Private Notes will not display on any documentation, Public Notes will appear on the line below the quotation detail, these notes will also copy over to a works order.

Double clicking within each box will open the Editing Notes window, this can emphasise any important information by formatting the font.

File – Save and Exit to close the window.

When notes are added to the quotation a warning triangle will appear.
