
To add a Work Centre (Operation) click on the + button, the Select Work Centres window will display all available centres; highlight the first operation to be added then OK to continue.

Enter all the information relating to the operation e.g. operation notes, hourly rate, setting time, run time etc. All costs will automatically calculate, however, if a cost has been altered it may be worth selecting the calculate button just to make sure the changes have been recorded.

External Work, indicates this operation is external, generally setup against a subcontractor operation
Schedule Days, indicates the number of days this operation is planned to be at a subcontractor
Inspection Type, inspection types can be defined to provide additional information on a job card

Inspection Level, indicates the level of inspection required on this operation
Program Number, enter program details against this operation this will be printed on the job card
Enter all the relevant information for this operation, to save the information select OK. To add additional works centres and their related information, select the OK & Add button; this will open the select works centres window, continue until all operations are present.
If the work centre is for a subcontractor, select the + button, in the Works Centre/Subcontract window there is a Subcontract tab, all subcontract treatments will be listed. Selecting the required subcontract record will add a work centre for Subcon and also populate the detail of the treatment in the Subcon subtab.

All work centres are now visible in one grid table displaying all the essential information at a glance; it is possible to shift columns to suit personal requirements. Left click on the top of the column, keeping the left button depressed move the mouse to required position then release the button, whilst moving the column double arrows will indicate the column is being repositioned.

Zoom Buttons
Use the
button to open the relevant detail against the work centre.
Re-Sequence
To re-sequence the work centres, select the Re-Sequence button where the Re-Sequence Operations window will open. Highlight the operation to be moved then using the move up, move down buttons reposition as necessary. Save the changes and select Finished
