Opportunity Pipeline

You can change the Opportunity Pipeline as your opportunity progresses.  Below is an example of the standard pipeline.

The Opportunity Pipeline Stages are:

  1. Identified
  2. Validated
  3. Qualified
  4. Proposal Submitted
  5. PO Committed
  6. PO Received
  7. Invoice Issued
  8. Payment Received
  9. Lost

Please Note: This Opportunity Pipeline is fully customisable to your business needs. If you wish to change the pipeline for your organisation then please contact Valuechain.

  • If the stage is changed to ‘PO Received’, ‘Invoice Issued’ or ‘Payment Received’ the status will automatically be set to ‘Won’ and the opportunity will Close.
  • If the stage is changed to ‘Lost’, the status will automatically be set to ‘Lost’ and the opportunity will Close.
