Adding a Company to a Case

To add a company to your activity, click the drop-down menu and search, or you can use the relationship filter.

C – My Customer

S – My Supplier

P – My Prospect

A – My Associate

If the Company has not yet been created, click ‘Create New’.

 

To create a new Company, you must enter their name and address.

Choose the Relationship you have with this Company, eg ‘Customer’ or ‘Prospect’.

Then scroll down to add the Main Contact details. More contacts can be added later in the Companies section.
