Adding a Case Owner

To change the Owner of a Case, click the icon.

You can then click the dropdown menu to change the Owner.

  • Once you have passed the Ownership to another User, you will no longer be able to change it again.
  • ONLY the Current Owner or a Key User can pass the Ownership to another User.
