Viewing and Editing Cases

To view your Cases, click on ‘Cases and a list of them will appear like below. You can edit a Case by clicking on it.

  • Outstanding Case: If a Case is Outstanding, the date will be shown in red to show it is past the target date.
  • Completed Case: If a Case has been Completed, the date will be shown in grey.

The small number next to the Target Date shows the amount of times this date has been revised. You can check who did this in the Case Log.
