Creating Case Tags

To add Tags to your Cases, go to ‘More’ and choose ‘Case Tags’.

Select a Tag by clicking on it. You can also create a new Tag by clicking ‘Create New’.

To create a new Tag, enter a name, a level and choose a colour. Then click ‘Submit’.

You can delete the tags from your Opportunity by clicking the ‘x’ next to each Tag.
