Tag Management (Key User Role)

This is where Company Tags can be managed by the Key Users.

  • Tags can be created on Activities, Opportunities, Cases and Companies by clicking the ‘More’ button located in the top right corner.

There are two types of tags that can be created:

  • Private Tags – Tags you have created. Only you can view and use these tags.
  • Company Tags – Everyone in your Organisation can see and use these tags.

Please Note: Only a Key User is able to delete Company Tags, however anyone in the organisation can use them.
