The Key User is your iQapture specific administrator.

Recommendation is to keep the numbers to a minimum for control/security reasons.

Instructions for the Company Administrator: Please follow these instructions to set a user as a Key User for iQapture. Go to the Admin app, click the Access tab and then choose a user. You can then select them as a ‘Key User’.
