Creating an RFQ using the RFQ module

Using this method would suit items for stock (materials, parts) or other for non-database items.

Open the RFQ module.

Select big + to create a new RFQ, select + against the supplier box to add suppliers

Supplier search screen will open, select required supplier, multiple suppliers can be selected, use ctrl key and left click on mouse.  Please note this feature is only available if items are already in the table.

Use the lower + to add items to the RFQ.

Material – opens the material database to add items for stock requirements

Part – opens the part database to add items for stock requirements

Subcontract – opens the subcontract database to add subcontract service requirements


Other – opens a manual entry window to add non database item
