Search By

Name – with the name radio button selected, enter the name in the Search box retrieve the customer record

External – with the external radio button selected, enter the external reference (Sage/Quick Books account reference) in the Search box to retrieve the customer record

Detail

The detail button will open a window where further searches can be made using the field details
