Assigning a Record to a User

To assign an iQapture record to someone, click ‘More’ and then ‘Assign’.

The ‘Assign’ feature allows you to assign a user(s) to fill in an iQapture.

For example, if you need a user to fill in a form by a certain date then you could assign it to them and it will appear on their Dashboard.

You can assign a user by selecting a name from the drop-down menu. Only assign users who have ‘Do’ or ‘Edit’ permissions on the iQapture.

Then enter the target date that you want the assigned user(s) to complete the record by.

If you want the record to be completed in 2 days then enter ‘2’ in the Target box and toggle to Day.

The iQapture will then appear on that users Dashboard in ‘To Do’. The user can click on it to be directed to the record.
