Completing and Reopening a Record

Once you no longer need to modify your responses, click ‘Complete’.

Note: Once an iQapture has responses, you cannot modify the original iQapture. To do this you will need to ‘Up Issue’ which will create another version of it.

The greyed-out records are completed and cannot be edited unless they are re-opened.

If you need to edit an iQapture record, you must ‘Reopen’ it.
