The first field ‘Asset Fields’ allows you to create extra fields, eg you may wish to add a ‘Serial Number’ field.

For example, I have added 4 custom asset fields shown below.

These fields will then be shown here on each asset. There is no limit to how many custom fields you can have.

The next custom fields are Manufacturer, Types, Calibration Status and Status.

Manufacturer

To enter a manufacturer, double click to input your text.

Types

To enter a type of asset eg ‘Micrometer’ double click to input your text.

Calibration Status:

• Enter a Calibration Status by double clicking to input text.
• Use the dropdown to set each status to either ‘In Calibration’ or ‘Out of Calibration’.
• Select your preferred option for each status.
