Creating Controls

To schedule calibration of an asset, click ‘Schedule’.

Creating Controls

Two controls can be added to each asset: Control 1 and Control 2

You can set a schedule as a Calendar, Timer, Counter or NCR.

The Calendar schedule allows you to select a time unit of monthly, weekly or daily, and a value.

For example, for Control 1 I have selected Months and added a Value of 2.

The timer schedule allows you to select a time unit, add a value and countdown type.

For example, in Control 2 I have selected Hours and added a value of 225.

If I go back to my Asset I can see the two controls each with a progress bar.

  • The controls I have created specify that this asset needs to be recalibrated every 2 months (by 18/11/2019 in this example) or after it has been used for 225 hours, which ever comes first.
