Creating Usage Logs

35 views 0

Once the controls have been set up, to start capturing usage go to ‘Capture’.

The first thing to do is select an asset from the drop-down menu.

You will then be able to see the controls that you have set for that asset.

Add the usage details and click ‘Log’.

For example, I have added job 1234 and recorded 22 hours 20 minutes against this asset.

The control on the asset now shows 203 hours remaining, and 10% completed. The progress bar will count down each time a usage log is added to the asset.

  • The asset will need to be calibrated when there are no hours remaining left.
  • If there are two controls, the asset will need to be calibrated when one of the controls is at 100%.

When one of the controls gets to 75% completed, the asset will appear in the ‘Upcoming Calibrations’ tab. The asset can then be calibrated, or a recall can be issued.
