Adding an Activity to a Case

You can add an Activity to a Case by clicking ‘Add’ or ‘Log’.

To add an upcoming future Activity, click ‘Add’. You will then see a page like below.

  • (If you need help creating an Activity please go here)

To log an Activity you have already done, click ‘Log’. 

A dropdown menu will then appear listing the types of Activity you can Log.

You can then fill in the details of the logged activity.
