Archiving Assets

32 views 0

Status:

Assets with a status selected as ‘Archive’ will not appear in the system to be calibrated.

  • Archived assets will NOT appear in the Out of Calibration list and usage can NOT be logged against them.

Archiving Custom Asset Fields

Custom fields cannot be deleted but can be archived by selecting the box and clicking ‘Archive Selected’.

For example, if you were no longer using the manufacturer ‘Fluke’ then you could archive this so that it does not appear in the Manufacturer drop down menu.

The field will then move over to the right in ‘Archived’. When you want to unarchive it, check it and click ‘Move to Active’.
