Click on ‘Assets’ (A below) and the following window appears displaying a list of all existing assets.

To create an asset, click <+Add> (B above) or edit an existing Asset by clicking on (D above). If you have ticked a group of assets that you want to make a mass change to click on (C above) where you will be able to enter details such as location, click on <SAVE>  and the change(s) will be applied to all selected Assets.
