The audit can be designed using the Design menu on the right-hand side.

To delete the design, click the delete button.

Sections

To create a section, name it and then click the button.

You can decide section levels by selecting a number.

Multi Choice

To create the options, name it and then click the button. There are always 3 possible answers to the audit:

• Conforming – completely satisfies the requirements.
• Needs Improvement – not unsatisfactory but could be made better.
• Non-Conforming – does not satisfy the requirements of the audit.

Advanced Fields

Numbering: This allows you to either have the numbering done automatically, or allows you to enter it manually.

Mandatory: If ‘Yes’ is selected then the user must provide a response to this this question before they can complete the Audit.
