This describes the Role Privileges for the Build Section.

Build – If Build is ON then the user can build Audits.

Edit – If Edit is ON then user can Edit/Delete Audits in Build Rename – If Rename is ON then user can rename the Audit in Build

Settings – If Audit Settings is ON then user can View and Edit the Build Settings (Eg Audit Schedule, User Allocation, Delete Records).

• If this is turned OFF then the Settings button will disappear

People – If People is ON then user can Add/Remove People in Build

• If this is turned OFF then the User Allocation will be greyed out in Settings.

Audit Log – If Audit Log is ON then user can view the Audit Log in Build.

• If this is turned OFF then the Log button will disappear.

This table shows the different Owner Role privileges that you can choose from.

Below shows the default role privileges for the Edit, Do and View roles. You can change these by toggling between On and Off.
