Pro-forma invoices can be exported, although some companies wait for the sales invoice to be generated and choose not to duplicate the pro-forma in their accounts package. To export pro-formas, select either the Both (Standard and Proforma) option or the Pro-Forma Invoice/credits option in the Export Contents drop down box when exporting transactions
