Preparing a Delivery Note

Delivery Notes are created when dispatching goods to a customer; firstly, the delivery batch within the works order must indicate the delivery is ready for dispatch.

Delivery Batches

Open the relevant works order, click on the Delivery Batches subtab; the status of the delivery will be Active or if auto delivery is activated the status would be Active Set for Delivery, in this case continue to Creating a Delivery Note.

Tick the Delivery Required box, if the delivery batch is not complete adjust the Qty figure accordingly.
