Creating a Company

The Companies section allows you to create external companies so that you can share reports with them. External companies do not need a license for AnalytiQs.

To create a Company, click ‘Add.

Then fill in the Company Details.

Remember to add a Company Relationship:

C – My Customer

S – My Supplier

P – My Prospect

A – My Associate

Sharing Reports with External Companies

You can share reports you have created with external companies. Go to ‘Share’ in the Report and click ‘Contacts’. You will see a list of all of the Companies you have created.

To select a user, click the ‘+’ next to their name and they will move to ‘People Added’.

  • ‘I have selected the Mail icon and chose ‘Daily’. This means he will receive a daily email with the Report.
