Creating a Folder

If you want to limit access rights to certain iQaptures then you must create Folders. For example, you could have a folder called ‘Quality’ and only give access to the quality department. The quality department would then be able to create iQaptures inside the Folder.

To create a folder, go to the Build tab, and then click on ‘Folders’.

Only ‘Key Users’ and users who have been set as ‘Folder Moderators’ can see this tab.

To create a new Folder, click ‘Add’.

Please note that you can change the Folder Structure in Settings by toggling between ‘Classic’ and ‘Modern’.

For example, I have called this folder ‘Quality’ as this Is where I want to have all of my quality department questionnaires.

Then click on the Folder you have just created eg ‘Quality’ and click ‘Edit’.
