Creating a Schedule

Here you can create recurring schedules for an iQapture.

  • To create a Schedule, go to ‘More’ then ‘Settings’. Then click ‘Add’ on the tab called ‘Schedule’’.

People: Add users to the schedule that you want to receive the Schedule Email

Label: Create a name for the schedule.

Frequency:  Decide the recurrence of the schedule.

  • Set Date: You can choose a specific date that the iQapture will be scheduled for. This is for one-off schedule alerts.
  • Weekdays: You can set one or multiple days
  • Monthly: You can select one or multiple months.

For example, if you have set the schedule to be every ‘Monday’ then this will appear on the Dashboard of the people who are assigned to be completed every Monday.
