You can modify your iQapture as much as you like until records are added against it. As soon it has records you will no longer be able to edit the original iQapture.

Up Issuing

• If you try to modify an iQapture that already has a record against it, a pop-up box will appear as shown below. If you wish to make any modifications to the iQapture, click ‘Up Issue’, this will create a new version of that iQapture.

Not every modification will cause an Up-Issue. Please find below a list of all of the changes that will cause an Up Issue to your iQapture.

Text to Date, Number to Multi Choice, etc.

Change additional answers option (Yes / No)

• Multi Choice Questions

Add answer or remove answer
Edit answer content

• Changing the Multi Choice Data Type

Radio Button to Checkbox, Dropdown to Radio Button, etc.

• Changing the Number Data Type Change

Integer to Float, Integer to Percentage, etc

• Date Data Type

Any date sub-type change

• Advanced Table Question

Change header test description
Change header type
Add header
Remove header

• Advanced Property Type

Change any property type
