Formatting the Report

66 views 0

To format your report, scroll down to ‘Formatting’. This will allow you to change the colours of your columns depending on conditions.

You can choose Auto or Conditional.

Auto: This will select colours for your chart automatically.

Conditional: This allows you to change your formatting according to specific conditions.

If you are using ‘Conditional’ formatting, you can select the field you wish to format.

You can only have conditional formatting on one field.

Then click the ‘Add’ button.

For example, here I have set formatting on the ‘Owner’ field.

  • Elaine Taylor and Amelia Jones are both in my Sales Team, so a good way I can keep track of their Live Opportunities is to make them stand out on the report.

This is what the chart could look like once it has been customized
