Goods received for multiple destinations

If an item has multiple destinations, the Assign Goods Inwards Quantities window will appear. If all items have been received these can be received by selecting OK.

The Creating New Delivery Item Detail Records window will open where all the traceability information can be inserted. Enter all other relevant information relating to the quantity received, the unit price (if known, this can be input later), date received if not the date displayed. Depending on parameter settings the Internal Batch Number may be input automatically, if not use the calculator button to populate.

Each destination for the item will be recorded in the Deliveries for: table, depending on the parameter settings the batch number will be either one reference or separate references, contact Tricorn for more details.
