Data⇒Production⇒Subcontract

Open the subcontract code that you want to view subcontract orders for and click on the current subcontract order tab, this will show a list of current subcontract orders for that operation code

Alternatively;

Navigate to Network⇒Sub Contracting⇒Subcontract Order

The Orders with a status of Live are the current orders out at Subcontract
