How do I change the Item price and/or required date?

The price and/or lead time can be changed in the Purchase order.

 

Navigate to Network⇒Purchasing⇒Purchase Order

 

Double click on the order to be edited and then select the PO Item tab. Double click on the line item that needs to be amended and then amend the unit price and date required as needed

Click save Item followed by Close Item

 

The amended order can now be printed or emailed as required
