Navigate to Network⇒Quotations⇒Quotation

Select the relevant quotation, click the Quotation Item tab, then select the line to be converted to a Sales Order (or click select all)and then press Raise Sales Order

In the popup window, enter the customer’s order number and the required date and then press Save

In the popup window, click Yes

Click on the line item entered and, in the Order Item screen, enter any required information and then click Save Order Item

Then, depending on the system settings, the related job can be processed and the job card printed
