Navigate to Data⇒Quality⇒Fault Code

Double click the fault code family you wish to add to, using the Search function if required, or, if it does not exist, click on the New button.

If creating a new fault code family, fill in the title and fuller description for the fault code family and click Save

Then click New under the fault code list box.

Enter the Fault Code title and Code Description then click Update followed by Clear

Enter any additional Fault Codes by repeating the above instructions and, when all Codes have been entered, click Save
